Stephen Alexander knows that a great home starts with a great plan. Our home plans will have our unique lifestyle integrated into the entire plan. We don't have wasted spaces. We allocate our square footage to the spaces you actually live in. Our homes live much bigger than a square foot number would suggest. We have pre-priced many of our most popular features seen in our show homes which allows us to streamline how we bring custom features to you in a bundled price that can make a space sing. We also recognize that sometimes you want a particular feature no matter the cost and we can help with that as well. (Floor plans may show optional structural and finish options. See sales associate for confirmation of option availability.)
Do not forget that we also allow you to “Build Where You Want To Live", which lets you choose your neighborhood or lot. From there, we build your home the way you want. You may even be able to save money, depending on where you build.
