We can even help you find a "tear down" hiding the perfect lot for your use.
Through this program, we come to you and build on your lot, which allows you to stay in your preferred school zone or close to work. Our house only pricing ranges from the upper $400s and up, so check out our collection of lots, and we can get you started on one of our customizable designs!
